EngiTech Consulting is an independent planning, project controls and project-management consultancy that helps construction and engineering teams understand performance, manage time and cost risk, and protect entitlement to time through evidence-led records and decisions.

Services span programming, progress monitoring and performance reporting; PMP-led project management, owner's-representative oversight and contract administration; and extension-of-time and disruption analysis, claim preparation, evaluation and dispute support.
